What we do (and what we don’t)

Here’s what we do NOT do:
- We don’t build or install decks.
- We don’t design deck plans or engineering.
- We don’t pull permits.
- We don’t bid the job or negotiate with contractors on your behalf.

How we’re paid (and why it’s still free for you)

OutDeckly is always free for homeowners. We’re paid by the licensed, insured deck builders we introduce you to.

After you submit your project info, the builders we match you with may pay OutDeckly a flat fee for the lead introduction. That’s how the service is funded—there are no charges to you.

Important: We don’t charge you any percentage of a builder’s price, and we don’t handle any payments. You pay your selected builder directly.
